Message method:

1. PaymentWithin 72 hours after the payment, the payer can leave a message to the payee in the transaction record, and the payee can see the notification of receiving the customer's message through the official account of [WeChat Collection Assistant] (if you have not followed [WeChat Collection Assistant], you can pass service notification sent)

2. The WeChat version is 7.0 and above: click [Me] in the lower right corner of WeChat - [Payment] - [Wallet] - [Bill] in the upper right corner - select the corresponding transaction - click [Contact the payee] and leave a message Can.  

3. Wechat version is lower than 7.0: Click [Me] in the lower right corner - [Wallet] - [Me] in the lower right corner - [Wallet] - [Icon] in the lower right corner - [Bill] - select the corresponding transaction - click [Contact the payee] and then leave a message.

Message rules:

1. The customer's message only supports the "one-to-one-return" method, and the other party (payee) needs to reply to you again before replying again;

2. Customer messages can be deleted.     

3. The WeChat ID and contact information of the payee are personal privacy information, and our company cannot inquire.
